Hey Bulldogs! John Sonmez from Bulldog Mindset Here, where I teach you how to go from the Victim Mindset to the Bulldog Mindset, how to be a man and how to become the best version of yourself, financially, physically, mentally and socially!

Today we're gonna talk about branding / brand, meaning what is a brand, the importance of brand, why You should create a brand in the first place and most importantly how to create a brand.

The majority of people think a brand is just a logon which is completely wrong, the thing is everyone has a brand including you!

Yes you too have a personal brand even you invested in it or not, you do have it!

And like any other brand, you either get to decide the vision of your brand and how you it's gonna be by purposefully directing and creating the shape of that brand. Or letting other people decide for you by seeing how they are gonna perceive it and the goal or the mission behind that brand is.

However it is very important to take charge of your brand in order for it to get recognized, to build following, build a business, become a person that is in high demand, having a weight to your name in your industry domain or craft.

Anyways let's talk bout the concept of branding and what a brand really is about. I've given you a solid idea on why you do have a personal brand and how it does serve you, but what is a brand really?

First of all you must have a great visual element, you want something that does represent your brand that is recognizable for its colors and overall theme. taking Starbucks or McDonald's as an example, it is known for it's colors the design of not only the logo but also the menu is the same throughout all their locations, same thing for the interior and what their employees wear and the overall service.

With that being said you don't really need to go around spending thousands of dollars to get some ridiculous high end design. Yes a good design is good but it won't have any impact alone. There is more into it than just a logo.

You need also to have choices when trying to building your logo and brand theme. I'll show you example from my own businesses and brand Simple Programmers and Bulldog Mindset, and How I was able to generate many different options for themes and logos for your brand with relatively cheap price, compared to just one design that might cost you thousands or an unprofessional 5 dollars design from Fiverr.

I've been able to do this by using 99 Designs who I did partner with them for this video (Take Your Branding To The Next Level):

That part is important, the visual element is to important in fact that you can have transcend to other forms, like clothing brand, stickers, wallpapers etc...
