Huge blaze as train speeds through fuel-truck crash scene

Witnesses captured apocalyptic scenes on camera after a fuel tanker truck collided with a rail overpass in central Mexico, sparking a massive fire that scorched homes, enveloped the area in thick smoke, and forced a widespread evacuation. The crash occurred in the city of Aguascalientes on Thursday and people at the scene can be seen fleeing as a train hurtles through the flames from the crash.

Amazingly, no injuries were reported despite almost 1,000 people having been evacuated, although twelve people were rescued from nearby houses and one was treated for minor smoke inhalation. The driver of the truck has been arrested, although we’d argue it could have been a hell of a lot worse for him.
