Hungary to continue issuing visas for Russians despite calls for ban

Hungary won't close its borders and will continue issuing Schengen visas to Russian nationals, despite pressure from other EU member states. And, while some of the bloc's eastern members have been denying entry to Russians, and Finland chose to 'significantly restrict' them, Finnish journalist Janus Putkonen says these restrictive measures aim to provoke Moscow to close its border to Westerners, building a new Iron Curtain.
