44:00. Agreed. With Mike Tyson, I wouldn't tell him to his face either about his kid sounding voice; at least not while I'm LMAO!
16:14 With all due respect Amr, as someone who underwent a hair transplant (1200 grafts to fill in my temple recession), I really really really want to caution all your viewers to go with an IAHRS certified hair transplant physician... which will be much more than $2000.
The reason why QB's hair transplant worked out so well is because Afrocentric hair is the best hair to get an aesthetically pleasing result due to its wiry/curly texture. Hair transplant physicians can work with this type of hair so well because it requires the least density, minimal amount of grafts, and the hair naturally blends into each other which gives a good illusion of density.
For us white guys, the process is a little more intricate since we have more straight (maybe wavy) and naturally thinner hair, meaning that it's more difficult for surgeons to replicate natural density. In addition, angularity placement of the individual grafts matter way more with straight Caucasian and asian hair. If you are going to a third world nation for a HT procedure, I would recommend Dr. Alba Reyes in the Dominican Republic or Dr. Tsvetalin Zarev in Bulgaria (good choices for if you live either in U.S.A. or Europe) if you are on a tight budget. Excellent doctors at competitive prices. If you are prepared to drop some $$$ on a seriously high-quality hair transplant, I would recommend Dr. Yaker (My hair transplant Physician), in Dallas, Feller & Bloxam in NY or Hasson & Wong in Canada, or (If you're in Europe) Dr. Mwamba in Brussels or FUExperts in Spain. For all you currycels out there, I would recommend Eugenix Hair Sciences in New Delhi (They treat patients all over the world with very long waiting lists, but offer competitive prices and are world-renowned). All these Doctors have dedicated their lives to hair aesthetics for at least 20+ years, are world-renowned, have long waiting lists (minimum 6 months) and know exactly what they are doing.
Turkey is known to be a so-called conveyor belt system of hair transplant clinics where they overharvest your donor region, dense pack the recipient zones, implant them at the wrong angularity, which all leads to a fake/pluggy aesthetic look and fucks up your donor region for later in life because of sub-par donor extraction patterns. In addition, they design hairlines that are so ridiculously low and straight that people will spot that something is off with your facial symmetry from a mile away. Avoid Turkey AT ALL COSTS!
These are the signs of a GOOD hair transplant clinic:
1) at least half a year booking time
2) doesn't do more than 1 procedure a day
3) Is a boutique clinic
4) has loads of before and after pics on their website
5) is IAHRS-certified (International Alliance of Hair Restorations Surgeons... not to be confused with ISHRS which is the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons)
6) ask for a premium price
7) NOT in Turkey
Guys, trust me, you DO NOT want to get a $2000 hair transplant. Even if it looks good, the repercussions later in life when your hair loss progresses will fuck you up for life (remember, grafts CAN be extracted.. but they leave permanent scars on your forehead). You can only have so many HT procedures done before your donor region starts looking sparse, which then amplifies the problem in the back of your head. Hair Transplant Phycisians can only work with what you have, which means that you need to PRESERVE what you still have.
Also, if you get a no-name amateur physician who implants the hairs at strange angles, you will have ant legs sticking out of your forehead that don't complement your natural hair. People who have undergone this unlucky fate regret their hair transplant every time they look in the mirror. A Prominent figure in the Manosphere who made this atrocious mistake is Modern Life Dating... the problem is, he just didn't realize it yet. Give it a couple years and it will show in his videos. Another example is Myron Gaines from the Fresh&Fit show. When he started his show, he had visible diffuse thinning both in his crown and mid-scalp region. I can only pray to allah that he is on finasteride because his hair transplant physician threw the kitchen sink at his hairline.
If anyone here (especially if you're Caucasian) wants advice on how to pick the right hair transplant physician for your goals and budget, be sure to shoot me message on here. I also recommend listening to the following two podcasts: The Mane Event by Joe Tilman and The Bald Truth by Spencer Cobren. These are two individuals who have been in the hair restoration industry since the early 80s, have both undergone multiple hair transplant procedures themselves, both successful and botched ones (which forced them to undergo repair cases) and gladly answer your questions for free on their shows. You can call in. Remember guys, knowledge is power. You HAVE to learn from the trials and tribulations of your elders and others in general.. this especially applies to something as finite, intricate and time-sensitive as hair loss. The Hair Chemist and "Let's get hair" are also excellent YT channels to start learning about hair restoration and hair loss prevention.
As a final note: if you're loosing your hair right now, hop on finasteride IMMEDIATELY! No, it wont give you erectile issues... No, it wont make your dick fall off... it wont give you brain-fog or depression or other dumb shit people post about all over the internet. The problem is that Merk (the Pharmaceutical company who released the medication onto the market in the early 90s) had to disclose the results of their clinical trials due to a lawsuit. These results show that <2% of the clinical trial's 10k subject-cohort reported sexual side-effects. This is an implied correlation between the medication's effects and erectile disfunction. This cohort had subjects ranging from 18 - 80, so considering that 52% of men between the ages of 40 - 70 experience some form of erectile disfunction in general, it's no surprise that a small percentage of the cohort reported sexual side effects.
The medication is literally safer than over-the-counter aspirin (the side-effects on the label are literally twice as much as on Propecia's label). Finasteride is the only way to HALT your hair loss progression. There is NOTHING else out there (Norazil, rose-mary oil, saw-palmetto and all this other B.S. WON'T lower you DHT attacking your hair follicles, and anyone telling you to the contrary should immediately be executed on the spot in my persnal opinion because it doesn't help young men identify and rectify the core issue but rather lead them astray feeling even more shitty about their hairloss, and making hair-retention and recovery more costly down the line). And believe it or not.. halting your hair loss is 80% of the work. You can always get a HT down the line... but the first step is further prevention. So don't listen to the fear-mongers. The medication really works and lowers your DHT by 40% which effectively stops further hair-miniaturization in 90%+ of men. The unlucky 10% should consider Dutasteride (which is harder to get by though but virtually nukes your DHT).
Hope this helps anyone suffering from Male Pattern Baldness.
