I'm Eating 3 MEALS A WEEK ONLY - Here's What Happened

If you follow me for some time, you know I'm a big advocate of eating just one meal a day. #omad #omadbenefits #onemealaday #bodytransformation

The One Meal A Day (OMAD) plan is a way to structure your meals throughout the day (and also one of the MANY ways to do intermittent fasting) where you get all of your calories for the day in a single meal, and fast the rest of the day.

HOWEVER... I'm experimenting with something quite more extreme.

Over the past few weeks I've been eating ONLY THREE MEALS A WEEK. That's right... A WEEK!

However... After a few weeks doing that I started to realize that the benefits were not so great as they were once planned.

This is why I switched back to OMAD again. Wanna know why?
