I Can't Follow My Own Rules!

From time to time, I receive lots of good YouTube comments that are really gold and almost forces me to create videos for each one of them.

Recently, I've received a comment in one of my videos from a viewer telling me that he couldn't follow rules. Neither his own rules nor rules from others.

Here is what he said in the comment:
I don't respect rules, I actually despise them. Others' rules or even my own. Once I put something as a rule, I can't resist not breaking the rule. And my habit of breaking the rules usually gets me into a lot of trouble, but fuck it... It's worth it as long as I don't end up in jail someday. XD
So obviously setting rules isn't gonna work for me. What works for me is setting a goal, getting the right mindset to pursue it, and every time I get demotivated, just comparing the consequences of doing it vs not doing it ( and that happens within milliseconds ). Then I end up choosing the one that has the best consequences for me. Consequences are all that matters to me when I do something, so they are the only things stopping me from doing a lot of stupid shit.

So... What to do in a situation like this?

At the same time that he shows that he is like a "punk" and does not respect any rules, which can be good, he also is trapped inside of his own actions. This creates a pattern that will definitely make him a hostage of his own choices.

he can't understand when to follow and when to not follow rules. And it drastically affects his entire life.
