AMR you made a good point check out what the medical infrastructure and Healthcare is going to be like in Afghanistan as it's known to be not the best in the world.
Getting Testosterone supply to Afghanistan is going to be difficult regardless compared to Mexico.
Also they have known to have MERS MIDDLE EASTERN RESPIRATORY SYNDROME and breathing can be difficult.

Something to considered think about.

Mexico to some degree somewhat has better Air to breathe and better medical Healthcare.

There will be nowhere to run, imo. America, and primarily the other Western nations (with a few "other nations"), are being punished by God (via the god of this world, through his minions, Obama, Gates, WEF, etc) for our ungratefulness, and disobedience to the Creator's Laws, after He blessed us with so much. Soon, feminism won't exist in it's present form, since many men will perish during the soon coming "war", and women will become more desperate for a man (Isaiah 4:1). Ultimately HIS goal is for us to repent and change our wicked ways. Only then will He heal our "wounds" (2Chr 7:14). Since we're a "stiff necked" people (as Amr alluded, we won't go quietly), this may take awhile for some, but our impending collapse (and captivity) may finally awaken many of us regarding our sinful nature (as Amr also alluded, regarding how we mistreated other nations, mainly bc of our greed). Yes, it's going to be a VERY bumpy ride, but mainly for those who think their excrement doesn't stink (Lk 18:11). JMO.
