The hotter the better!
To quote a chef "pain isn't any flavor I've ever heard of". I'd don't mind spicy food but beyond a certain point flavor fades and pain takes over. To each their own though.
People have their own preferences.... AND I don't go for the hottest food possible but I like modestly hot GOOD food, with the great emphasis on GOOD food, that is spicy and hot.
However I can follow the recpies in this, and that is all that matters....
Just don't use staggering amounts of super hot chillies - and bingo - easy cook meals.
