Recently, I was walking down my way home and I started talking about this important concept.

I was at the gym and, man... I was pumped up. If I could grade my performance, I would say I had it 9/10.

Anyway, I started thinking why we do things if we don't do it at least an 8. Have you stopped to think how many times you've spent your time doing something that you did not give it your all?
