Lately, I came to realize something important: most of the ways I improved myself were by "competing" and "comparing" myself with other people.

Don't get me wrong here... I'm the first person to say that you shouldn't compare yourself to other people. but you need to be aware that they exist.

I call it: your internal thermostat.

I like to surround myself with the best in the industry, and, by doing that, I raise my internal thermostat and achieve even greater levels of something I didn't know it was possible.
