Also, she appears to be a "cyber security" expert for the federal gov. Judging by the fact that countries such as China have obtained high level security clearance records and even tax filings of US citizens by conducting cyber-attacks against the IRS, State Department, NSA and various other Federal agencies, the fact that Snowden managed to release the top-secret "prism" program to the public through a rubics cube and the fact that Russia has conducted many election-interference cyber-attacks against the US government... she clearly sucks at her job. This also proves that any dipshit normie/goy can get a degree in "cyber Security".
