An Iranian court has ruled that the US must pay over $300 million in compensation for supporting terrorism. According to University of Tehran professor and political analyst Seyed Mohammad Marandi, this is a political decision that should remind the world that the US created ISIS.

It's plainly obvious that IS is an American proxy. They kept aiding IS against the government of Iraq. I'm sure that had nothing to do with the Iraqi government trying to kick the Americans out of Iraq.
