@nopch8t: No, I had a good father. Served in WW II in the China/Burma theatre. He was very patient with me, even after my mother divorced him. He taught me to think for myself. As a kid growing up in Chicago, he took one of my brothers and me to a Jesse Jackson rally, back in '67. We got to hear all the hootin' and hollerin' from the crowd. At the end of the rally, he taught my brother and how crooked Jackson was. I never forgot it.

Most of these "Civil rights" activists are nothing more than race hustlers and simps. I can't stand being around most of them. I have maybe two childhood friends with whom I stay in contact. The rest of them either died, or are still doing the same we were doing at a younger age.
