PUFA = vegetable/"cooking" oils. That includes coconut and olive oil. The only exemption is the expensive quality olive oil- it somewhat mimics animal fats.
Nice video Amr, informative towards the end especially with the test/health advice. Might I add for fatter younger guys, ironically the way to lower weight and increase test is to: eat more fat. The problem is much of the diet contains pufa (polyunsatturated fatty acids) - pufas are antiseptics that kill your good gut bacteria (vegetable oils genocide all bacterias). The gut bacteria keeps inflammation low. Estrogen is not the female hormone: its the stress hormone. Testosterone is aromatized under chronic stress conditions.
TL;DR - eat more animal meat on the bone and wash it down with the fat from the cooked meat. And avoid pufas.
