I have no idea.. He is just a guy - he might be telling the truth, he might be telling a bit of partial truth and a bit of partial lying, or he may be producing smoke and mirrors and bare faced bullshit.... I think he is partly delusional and partly incoherent, but I also think he is telling the truth.... on at least some things.
