yep, they did not even have a trial...
or hearing, they wanted to and did keep him in jail illegal period.
the entire thing was fraud against kevin mitnick the entire time.
sadly this is not new, and it will not stop, until it is forcefully stopped.
they set the guy up every damn time...
the people where paid to betray him, and the other hackers that worked with him all stabbed him the back...
claiming that if it was not for him they would not have hacked certain servers/etc. when in fact the ideas for those hacks where either the ones that back-stabbed him or by deep-state that paid up or talked those assholes into the nonsense.
the story does not match up with reality.
