Kiev plans to blow up grain storage and blame Russia for attack – Ministry of Defense

Moscow says Kiev is planning a large-scale provocation to blow up grain stocks in Kharkov Region and blame Russia ‘to discredit its actions within the grain deal.’ The goal is to leverage Western public opinion, the Russian Defense Ministry stated.
