So I sent a letter of complaint to LovHolidays, I received a reply asking if I had any pictures or video. As I did I sent that to them and have had no reply. So stay away from Lovholidays they just want your money and will destroy your holiday, and will take no responsibility and wilt ignore you and still take your money. Use a Reputable company instead.
