Sorry for the audio quality. I had really bad internet speeds today, so I had to reduce as much detail as possible so the upload wouldn't take forever.
@KEEPER: I wish to get one but first need to finish getting my own place. I have the resources but I want to buy the land cheaply and am thinking of setting up two dome homes connected. Figured it’d be way cheaper than dishing out $100k+ for a home. A 20 feet dome home is $15k, I found a good video that shows a good idea how one of the domes would look like.
@eldrazi317: that's where I get all my videos, LOL but yeah their great. So you found them under 16k did you? Monolithic domes of the best. And you say you're going to have one attached to another?
As for your first question — the first link allows for modular while the second link it’s more tricky but still possible from what I’ve seen of this huge Texas dome home that was a bunch of little and big domes connected to one another.
@KEEPER: I’m hoping to get it built by someone. I need to make some calls to these companies to see if the wiring and other such things fall under the construction of the dome home. If not it’ll be another expense I’ll have to take into consideration. The two lands I have my eye on seem to have sewage, electricity and plumping within access, but I’m sure there is way more to it. Like I mentioned before this is my first time getting into something like this. So I’ll be sure to learn from it!
