Locals and pets find shelter in KwaZulu-Natal amid floods

As deadly floods ravage the South African province of KwaZulu-Natal, area residents, many with their pets, manage to find shelters to stay in. The flooding has already claimed the lives of at least 440 people, and dozens are still missing.
