London hospitality workers protest to halt business closures

Dozens of hospitality workers, representatives of restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and cafes have participated in a protest organized by Hospo Demo in London. They demanded the government halt the crisis in the industry and cut VAT by 10% on food and drink sales, as well as initiate a simplified visa system to allow foreign workers to return to work in the sector.
