Long Range Roo Spotting

At 1:20 - that picture and the next, shows TWO kangaroos, one inside the clump of prickly pears, and the other outside of it.....

This is the kangaroos, moving back out of the generally green and wetter low / flat land where they tend to feed overnight, and heading back to the higher ground, where they rest under the trees during the day...

There was about 6 or 8 of them in this particular flock around the rock.
