@ThinkorDie: many builders even if roofing you are paying upwards of 3800 more over spot just for materials. A brother in law sold a house a few weeks ago 250k over asking its lunacy.

@ThinkorDie: Pull it off? When you have 18 people interested it leads to a fire sale. Places with some land does not last long. A fixer upper in some places go for 600k. Californians/People from seattle are moving out and prices are through the roof.
