Making Friends with Loneliness During Exile After Around 5 Days of Circadian Reset

God bless you, Francis. Loneliness is a problem for many, but I don't suffer from it. I had 33 years of marriage and my wife died. There was the expectation of being lonely, but my wife had been ill for years, so I was well prepared for the end of her life. Now I feel content to not seek a wife as the Bible says, and look forward to the coming of the Lord.
