2:00 ... I agree with Greta on many points. blah blah blah Part Big Time ... People are so fucking stupid to be building commercial, residential, governmental structures with fucking sticks & metals. I went to visit my Folks on their Moses Lake, Wa. farm from rainy ass Seattle decades ago. On way back stopped by to see brother Dave that had moved to a local Masons shoe box 40 x 60' poured solid 8" CMU house he was renting right near a RR track.

Temp was ~110F that day my '69 Malibu had under dash factory air which worked great. Wearing a top I ding-dong when Dave opened his door he was wearing a fucking sweater & asked if I had a sweat shirt or not, grab it. I got my duffle & went in house. I t was like a cooler. He had coal fire going in small pot belly stove in the corner with three fans blowing heated air back down with 8' 8" CMU high open walls separating bath & two bedrooms.

No fucking air conditioner needed, in fact the stove could have a bit bigger. Cathedral 2x10'" sticks for roof with 10" insulation. Same affect in winter just more heat required. :) Unlike stupid fucking stick walls CMU is done inside & out for ~$5 a sq ft. Cheap. :)
