Speaking of fat cunts... and bad choices...
Liver pains and all that, being from fat and everything else.....
About 2 months ago, it occurred to me to start trimming all the "excess fat" off the cooked lamb chops, to only buy low fat mince etc...
I saw that I was cutting out about 500 - 600 grams of fat a week - that is a LOT of energy.
And about a year ago, to ONLY buy a small amount of cheese a month.
That Limburg / Blue Vein cheese is still very awesome - 200 grams once a month, Vs. a kilo of tasty cheese every week.
Then about 12 days back, I changed my shopping plans, ran out of meat, and have been eating only broccoli, Brussels sprouts and green beans....
I can feel the weight falling off - on a daily basis and I can feel the spare tyre of blubber shrinking as we speak, the V coming back and I am feeling a lot stronger....
However, the chain store supermarkets are having a monthly special on meats - all going for an average fo $10 a Kilo..... AND I will shop up and get all the lower fat stuff and maybe aim for about a month or twos worth of meat... and deep freeze the majority of it.
