@SoloManZone: I bought a building lot in 1986 for 1000 dollars. built storage building there for 400 bucks.. planted 3 oak trees which make good flavoring for barbecue pork or chicken.. took shed down in 2006.. so I used that shed to store household items originally.. anyways 20 years of storage.. I stayed at lot for 3 months in van.. while working.. saved muny... I had water well dug for 400.. between storage and rent saved.. after taxes and everything I am at 25,000 ahead plus the huge oaks there and lot is now worth 6,000. I would say I got something for free.. You may tell the little working people there is nothing for free but wallstreet offers plenty for free so did real estate ownership by the old fcukers. who rented everything out and betray America supporting open borders.because they want more free muny.. MEN are the problem.. not God or the world./. ass hole men.

@jimbennett: Any building or land will go up in price usually, the old saying invest in brick and mortar, but in many places it is priced out of reach for normal people.

ps, people living with their parents got something for nothing too.. as the std is adults work and pay their own way..

It's my experience that the people who mimick about marxism and communism , which is much about private ownership or not ,, not free.. OWNERSHIP.. well, those people are often deadbeat mooches according to my experience. i.e "ya just got to work for it,.. ma, can I have another sandwich?"
