It sounds somewhat better, but the main thing is you shouldn't blow ANY air into the mic, as you're speaking - You can solve this by simply putting your hand in front of the mic, and feel if you're blowing air into it, as you speak, then correct the position of the mic, or your position relative to the mic

You can also get a foam cover for your microphone's head, or put a pop filter in between you and the microphone, if the foam still doesn't do the trick:
