Millennials having less sex than previous generations

Despite how "hypersexualized" our society allegedly is nowadays, turns out young people are having less sex than the generations before them. Either they are lying, or the conservatives lied when they claimed all this "degeneracy" will lead orgies in the streets. But that aside, what's REALLY going on here?
