all i can say to her is this . men have been working weekend jobs to make ends meet for decades . so if you r worthless college degree has not gotten you a job that pays well , you have only yourself to blame . men have been getting shitty pay for low end jobs since there have been low end jobs . welcome to the reality of "equality".

@Leader_Desslok: Well, even if her "college" job hasn't yielded the pay she want, it may have to do with being young and new to her industry. In the parlance of microeconomics, entry level people are "price takers" because you still have a lot to learn to be productive in a job.

@QuantMan: i agree 100%. however this is still to my point. welcome to the economic reality of how the world works . now she can feel truely "equal". you do not start in high tec at a higher pay rate just because you are female . you actually have to work for it just like the men do, " Reality , what a concept " !
