36:00 - Hang on a sec... a woman involved in home remodeling knows what materials I will need to fix things around the house and where to get them. She can go to Lowes and get them in advance instead of depending on me. Also, plumbing, electrical, et al. skills are always welcome if I'm not around. And if she's unable to do things physically, she'll know what contractors to contact if needs be. Of course, this is all presupposing that she's telling the truth; but yeah, material skills are valuable to bring to the table.
