You know the conversation that starts off with me telling them why I am calling them - then they repeat back to me, what it was, that I just said them them - then they ask me to verifiy what I said to them and they said back to me, is actually correct.....

Instead of just getting the information.

Then they ask me to verify my number, by telling them what it is, when they already have it on their fucking screen.

I tell them - "I don't know what my number is - because I never have to ring myself".

Blah, blah, blah, blah.......


So I am fucking irritable.
