The interior layout and all the wiring is NICE and SIMPLE and EASY to work on.
Everything modern can get fucked.
The only things I change on it, is swapping out the ultra low compression side valve engine, because they just suck enormous amounts of fuel for very little go - and they are just a fucking lazy low IQ engine design.
The racing motorcycles of the late teens (1918) and early 20's were running 4 valve heads.... and high compression.
The shit box fords ran like 4.5 : 1 compression (or close to it).
And maybe the gear box and drive train, to a small V4 or V6 Diesel, and a 6 speed gear box, perhaps some better suspension, and modern LED type head lights and tail lights... Give it a no strain cruising speed of 100 to 130 Kmh...
That is plenty fast.
And at say 25 Km L instead of 7 or 8 Km a liter...
