I wantbto say you're exaggerating, but damn, I was homeless couch serfing and I had made out in a cemetery... Fuck... I'm more Gen X than I thought... I was like surrounded by Millienials alot... in college, in war, and in many jobs...

Yeah, my grandparents instilled a work ethic in me: They were Greatest Generation... Oh, I had GI doctors tell me that-- to go vegan. I am like Hell No! I'm a biologist... I'm not stupid... Your body needs carthage and proteins... plants generally do not have that and the plant that does soy has too high of phyto-estrogen... fuck that. That is how the "industry" ie fitness foods sabotage men against their work outs with soy filled protein products... shakes, drinks, snack, bars, etc... Eating cottage cheese is better than those soy products.
