Most women in the office are dead weight, and do more harm then helping.

One of the females in my office. With a very cute butt and nice long hair, has a sign on her desk that was strategically placed so when you entered her cubicle it was the first thing you saw, much like when guys get corner offices they hang their degrees and certificates of merit. It read, something to the extent of "almost to the weekend" or "I live for the weekend" or some version of that. Can you Imagine if any one of us were to hang something like that in our workspace? Any one of us would be taken aside and asked to take it down. The only reason she gets to keep it up and telegraph her mindset while she is at her desk, supposedly doing work to keep the department accounts current is because I want to bend her over and fu..... oh wait... Uhh, I mean because she is one of the office diversity hires.

Females are just the worst.

Chad and Tyrone only mess with her when she's OUT of her uniform.

Any woman that holds rank and has something like 'boss babe' on her person is a confirmed knob gobbler will to swallow her way to the top. Any woman with any credibility should call that out because it makes them look bad. Even more open minded men like me see successful women as having blown their way up the ladder, or being lucky enough to have been born by the right parents; undeserving of their lofty station.

Putting women in the workforce has caused wages to lower.

And when covid hit and wrecked the labor force, tehvalue of labor went way up because, surprise, women didn't want to go back to work. Goodbye makework jobs, hello reality. One small step toward balance, very small, but it may wake a few people up, even if not to the degree that childless unwed millenials hitting the wall will.
