Same experience here with different circumstances. Their service has tanked the last two months with issues similar to yours.
I don't use Amazon anywhere near as I use to, You can't believe the reviews anymore on people that bought the item as most of them are fake
You still got that Bezos ticket to space, kinda a bait and switch l dare say….lol…bloody mess it seems…
It cooks food, also have microwave and Air fryer.....firewood is hard to get as not many trees here
