You want to be more manly? More masculine? Stronger, more clear headed? Want higher T levels, and energy? Then eat meat, and animal fats only. This is what the powers that be don't want you to know. Eat the bugs indeed.

Interesting... it looked like you made meatloaf without the bread or breading... I never at anything like that... I eat eggs and beef often though. Can you eat oats or coconut or almond flour perhaps adding for taste and well meatloaf with non wheat fluors cannbe baked. I made low carb Chocolate Chips cookies with walnuts using Keto Flour (some wheat) but as mentioned above there are blends of flours that could be used, and Stevia or monkfruit chocolate chips. I could see making BBQ (chunks) or sloppy joes (though in the military we called it hoes)... can you eat honey like natural nonaddictive high fructose corn syrup honey? I bet if you could tolerate almond flour or almond flour crackers perhaps buns, you could make sloppy joes and eat it on the crackers with or without natural honey.

Back to your take on metabolism, eat your heritage... if your grandparents and forefathers lived off say for Native Americans especially Great Plains Natives, eating Buffalo and corn is what they are... just saying. Our bodies evolved eating what was there and thanks to Viking invaders or raiders raping everybody, everybody of European descent can eat dairy...

I've always wondered about spices w/carnivore? Cinnamon, turmeric, clove, cayenne, garlic, black pepper. these are all very good for you, but can u use them?

Sure. Spices are a bit different. Yes, they come from plants, but they are not foods, don't have calories, so they didn't develop the inflammatory effects as a form of self defense the same way that plant foods have. Plant foods are actual energy, so without some kind of defense to deter animals they will be eaten a lot more. Spices are not sources of energy, so don't generally have such effects. Hope that helps..

I started on a carnivore diet. Some extremely wonderful results are happening.

No. That's a plant. Best not to have them in the house, especially fruits. Then you're not tempted to eat them.
