Ya I miss this diet..I would put Bragg's ACV into my yoghurt/granola breakfast..cinnamon, nuts, coconut oil, avocados..all that stuff..blueberries and bananas when I had them. I would do a daily, intermittent 12-hour fast, eat this for a late-breakfast, and then go ride my bike in the sun.
