Naked man confronted in store after allegedly trying to touch kids

The kids department in JC Penney is not normally somewhere you’d expect to find a naked, rampaging man. That is, of course, unless you’re in a Democrat-controlled city with an abnormally high crime rate. Video from October 1 shows the naked man in question being chased through the store by two parents, after he had allegedly tried to inappropriately touch children.

The pair can be seen catching up with the man and tackling him, as the woman recording wonders aloud where the cops are. To his credit, the naked man eventually tries to put a pair of pants on, although that is something he really should have considered before leaving the house.
The man has not yet been publicly identified, and it is unclear if he has been charged with any crime following the incident. Local police described him as ‘someone in a mental crisis,’ adding that he was eventually detained and taken to the hospital.
