NATO says it can't support Zelensky's peace plan or deliver the measures Ukraine demands

After weeks of promoting his victory plan, Vladimir Zelensky presented it to the Ukrainian parliament this week, only to receive a lukewarm response from the West. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stated that Berlin would not provide Kiev with long-range missiles or support its swift NATO accession. RT's Chay Bowes reports.
