Th eric of today are not like the Rich of old in the sense that todays money more than it ever was in the past and this also applied to wealth in the past, is manipulated and stolen in a different way to how the wealthy got wealthy a couple of hundred years ago. The Arrogance is still their but NOW they really think they are above the law as well? Back in 2007 I noticed that something was wrong, couldn't put my finger on it, had a few small debts as well. so I sold my Car and a feew other bit's I didn't really need and used that money to pay of ALL my debts and also I cut up my credit card's and such. i was then debt FREE. I'm still debt free to this very day, yet I have nice stuff that I saved for and I also still do not touch or have a credit card outside of my account Debit card which I manage meticulously almost on a daily basic. No part of the past financial problems like 2008 for example touch me in the slightest. even those credit card offer's in the post dried up years ago because I just would NOT bite. Life is good, I have money that I saved to cope with the rise in the cost of living. Let's remember that money is THEIR TOY not ours and if you use it wisely and don't waste it it WILL work in your favor. So many people are in deep do do because they have NO self Control. They get a card, max it out then say "well it's not my money they will have to sing for it if I cant pay", well that truly is a moronic way to look at money because you don't build the future into that. Hving NO debt and living within YOUR means is "future proofing", and above all they don't have you by the bollocks either. If YOU own them nothing you are not obligated to them and they lave no fiscal power over you at all. I also keep my RENT (yep would never buy), about 2 weeks in advance as well. All Utilities and Bills are paid on the nose on certain dates in one lump bank transaction, then anything else in the bank is for my use, Occasinally I will every few months remove a lump sum to my safe in cash and live of that for some time. the only internet banking I have is to check my account I do NOT use not for anything else.
