The "engineering chick" - I think is using an over inflated title......
I have a fair idea on designing and manufacturing abrasive wheels, and most of the abrasives are long established products and formulations.
This is just batching with known ingredients and processing them.
The more modern formulations are using ceramic metal abrasives etc.. and to a degree there are the known abrasives and the binders and or binding techniques, and then proof testing the products.
I don't think she is that smart nor experienced, and if the guy is coming to her to make sales - it's a more or less guaranteed issue that she working in sales, WITH some knowledge of the products and their performance issues.
She looks kind of fucked up in an ugly kind of a way...
And even assistant pencil sharpeners work in the engineering dept...
So she can fuck off.
