Ahh ... to hear somebody use the correct expression, OnlySimps, and then articulate the appropriate attitude towards it. It's not said often enough.

I've gone clean shaven for 2024.. bought a professional grade micro screen foil shaver.. the old rotary never did make it easy for me to the point I just stopped trying.. bought the foil shaver on new years eve , seems to be ok..

I made 62 last year so I am at the barely making it wage imo.. but with my house paid off I am doing fine.. property taxes 200 a month ..

I have a building lot for sale that I have owned for 37 years.. I planted 3 live oaks there 36 years ago in the back which will make for an ideal back yard.. already the people who built behind me have a trampoline in the shade from the trees on their property.. lol.. some rich guy bought the neighboring lot to mine knowing that my lot iis also for sale.. and wanting my lot more for the trees than anything imo.... but I want more than double what he paid for the neighboring piece.. lol.. what he doesnt know is that property is my ace in the hole if I ever sell this big ass house I live in preesently.. because I could easily build on my building lot with enough left then to retire.. If I sell my lot then I just limited my life's options.. in fact I like his idea of building on a double lot.. in fact I wouldnt mind buying the lot that he has.. lol.. so I am not selling to him for anything less than what I told him.. period.. not a penny less.. not only does my lot have trees and fill etc. but the lot on the other wside of his lot,, already has a ho09use there.. the guy who wants my lot haqs 3 restaurants. .lol . I am thinking I should raise the price.. but he is ignoring me for now.. heh.. life is fun.. I would like to live there where my lot is.. it is ideally located for shopping and recreation.. and travel.. i'm not giving it away..

heheh,, this guy , has a 2 million$ house in a private golf course community.. he put the lot he bought in his son's name.. he wants to build his son a nice house on a double lot with a beautiful back yard for entertaining guests and family.. they are italian.. I know how they live.. I also know that his idea ids to help his son.. ansd the location is just down the main road from the dad's place and his main restaurant.. I should raise the price another 10.. its called a fish on the line.. lol . he shoulda bought my lot first.. now I know what his plans are.. he left a message that he wants to buy my lot.. whats the price.. lol..I know what he paid for the lot he just bought.. no way would I sell for that..

My sign says for sale .. phone number and leave an offer.. they get an answering machine.. everybody wants to give me their opinions before making some lowball offer. .lol.. somebody is gonna want those trees.,.. I want them.. It's the ebst location in the whole dam town and the best property in that location..

Yep, anyone can call and leave an offer for that property on my answering machine.. this rich restaurant guy who wants to build a house for his son on a double lot with my shade trees in the back yard.. mailed me and my neighbor offers to buy our properties 7 months ago.. SHE SOLD for 1,000 over his offer.. I ignored the offer.. so he called my number on the for sale sign.. and said to call him he wants to make an offer on my property.. so I emailed him and snail mailed him right to his home, the price that would make it happen.. and it is 2.5 times his original offer.. I DO KNOW those trees have been growing for 37 years because I planted them after harvesting 2 of them from under the hugest oaks in that town.. the third tree was bought from k-mart or wal-mart.. and is doing fine.. but is smaller than the 2 native oaks.. I planted them so there is an opening between them in a V.. .. when I walk back there it is like an oasis with shade and happy birds.. my friend says to have oaks that size planted on your property ,, if it can be done, costs around 20,000 for each tree.. It's no joke.. and there are no mature trees in that area.. I think it was pastureland.. the picture in this link is not accurate.. these trees grow vertically and horizontal.. it says can cover half a football field. and even the stands.. is true.. lol. those trees are going to overlap to create a canopy.. and in the south florida sun.. it will be a cool temperature wise and cool as in view place to PARTY!! .. heheh . https://www.south-florida-plan....t-guide.com/live-oak

I wouldn't bother explaining anything in a breakup. It's like holding the door open for drama that will go nowhere. When it's over, best to just leave it; No discussion necessary.

yep, since 1986 cost of living has quadrupled and so has minimum wage.. quadrupled.. but skilled labor wage has barely doubled.. so skilled workers make 1/2 what they made in 1986.. The people I associate with are all negative and locked and loaded. and single..
