Joe Biden's short comment to his South Korean counterpart's claim of plans for bilateral military drills involving nuclear forces, amid rising tensions in the region, was ‘No’.

Shortly before, as North Korea said it planned to vastly increase its nuclear arsenal this year, South Korea's president said plans were afoot for military exercises with the United States.
