NOFAP Is POINTLESS and PORN Is GOOD? (MUST WATCH)

Today's topic is about porn, the side effects of porn, is it really bad for you, effects of porn of the brain, what about nofap, the benefits of nofap is nofap a scam, does nofap work, the nofap superpowers, 90 days on nofap challenge, does if affect your brain, nofap boost masculinity, boost testosterone etc..

This topic was again a suggestion from of you guys. This follower of mine commented on one of my videos asking if I can do a video on porn, how it affects brain, relationships, motivation and our world perception.

When it comes to porn, abstention from porn and masturbation, going a NoFap and becoming a fapstraunot, super powers of nofap, testosterone boost etc.. there is a lot of misinformation.

The first thing we should start with is nofap movement because it all starts there. When is comes to Nofap you've got all these people talking about this sort of superpowers, boost of testosterone, becoming more masculine more manly and so on. What you also have is variety of guys who did the 90 days challenge, 1 year with on Nofap some even 2 or 3 years on Nofap, the majority of them are celibate and they don't seem like they are more masculine and more manly.

That's not to say that Nofap have no benefits, it does, but not the level that people claim it is!

The thing about porn and nofap, it's like every other kind of addictive substance, it depends! some people are addicted to marijuana some aren't, some can addicted to alcohol some aren't and so it goes.

And to get more deeper into the problem according to many studies, males are less secually active than females up to 39% of males didn't have any sex for the last 2 years compared to 18% of females. We are at a point of society where guys are less masculine than ever! and they are all struggling to become men!

Because in reality only the top 5% to 10% of men are having success with women, while the rest are failing.

And this is reflected within these movements, the incels movement, MGTOW, red pill, black pill, etc... the underlying issue between all of those movements is that they either don't get laid or they can't keep a women without bowing down to her.

Back in our more primal times, if men wanted to see a naked women they had no choice other than attracting her, and to attract her they had to go after what they want, be dominant, get resources, succeed and become the top in the hierarchy, in order to attract females, they didn't have porn and they didn't have a choice so they had to figure out how to get real women.

Now we don't have that obligation anymore, all you gotta do is to sit down in your mom's basement and trick your brain by watching porn and masturbating to it all day long.
