One question I noticed he had a White Stick, so was he driving whlist BLIND or just covering all the angles as you may say? lol! Nope he didn't run the other guy over , he fell over a sign that as street furnature isn't allowed is it? i thought all this signage and tables and chairs outside shops was illegal? mind you I don't like these mobility scooters anyway especially when they take them in shop's.
