Old pinball machines are amazingly complex

This is really good...

I am glad to have learned so much more today, than I knew yesterday,

And

a) My brain hurts.

b) I am glad that I don't have to do the circuit designs and wiring for so much of the modern equipment like cars, military ships, aircraft etc....

I am so glad that this guy is smart and works hard to nut things out......

I never knew about so many things in these machines..... There is a lot of smarts going on - especially in the dual windings in the flippers for power and then hold... So they smack the balls hard - using a lot of energy in the winding, or hold the balls - at very low power. It stops them from overheating....

The world is full of genius men....
