Most people avoid fasting (or one meal a day diet) because they believe they'll lack the energy they need to get through the day.

After all... how can you possibly get energy to do your stuff if you eat only once a day? Impossible, right?

Well... No.

The thing is that what we believe about diet is near nothing.

Since I started my fitness journey I've discovered a lot of new things I couldn't even imagine.

In this video, I'm going to explain why it is perfectly reasonable to have energy even though you're eating just once a day and how you need to bust the wrong impressions you have about fasting.
