Military sports officials from more than 50 countries have met in Moscow to brainstorm common programmes and strategies during the 78th General Assembly and Congress of the International Military Sports Council.

In an interview to RT, a senior Chinese member of the Council, explained why the group has refused to restrict Russian athletes from competing at its events.
