Overeating: Why We Eat More Than We Need?
If you face some problems with diet and fitness you're probably going to relate to me. Why we overeat? Why we tend to eat a lot more than we need?
There are a lot of reasons behind overeating but all of them relates to our emotional state. Eating is one of the few things we do that is always good. You can't feel like crap when you're eating, so, it unconsciously become an escape mechanism for whatever problems or difficult situations you're going through.
This is the reason why so many people are not able to come up with a diet plan. And if you're fasting, you can become frustrated for not being able to eat and to make yourself feel better through that mechanism.
